Agnes, the groomer is patient, understanding and efficient in managing Dave’s fluff. Overall, a very positive experience at OLO and I highly recommend their grooming services!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Even though I live in Yishun, I still make the trip here every time to groom my fur baby. 🐶✨

I've tried many groomers, including several much closer to home, but I always end up coming back here. The groomer is incredibly patient, gentle, and truly cares about the dogs. They take the time to make my pup feel comfortable and never make the grooming session feel rushed.

Most importantly, the grooming skills are excellent! Every haircut turns out exactly how I hoped—neat, well-balanced, and absolutely adorable. I can't stop taking photos every time I pick my fur baby up because the results are just so cute. 🥹

For me, the extra travel is completely worth it. Great service, amazing grooming skills, and someone I can truly trust with my fur baby. Highly recommended! ❤️

Would like to say a big thank you to groomer Victor @ OLO Lavender for grooming my two westies Snoopy & Peanut all these years especially taking great care of Peanut who has bad arthritis which makes her grooming tedious for the groomer as she cant stand too long. Victor took extra care of them both and always update me regarding their skin conditions which he has help to keep them healthy wid no skin issues.
Highly recommend OLO to pawrents who want a great groomer & assuring staff .
Really appreciates Victor's great, patient and reliable service all these years . Thank you ! Keep up the great job!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are so glad to have found Olo and been on their package ever since we found them one year ago. Had tried other groomers before but we particularly like how Victor our groomer and the supporting grooming team are so patient and kind. We love how our furbaby has a much more positive experience with them compared to other groomers. And Victor has such great skills cutting our Maltipoo’s fur and giving him the floof and shape we just think is so adorable on him!

We do groom services monthly and love that they just charge based on the services they think your dog needs. Never upselling. And most importantly our dog is having a great grooming experience. Thank you Olo! 🫶🫶

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Have been sending our not-so-little Pomeranian (Mantou) to Olo Lavender since January, and have never had to worry.

Olo always does a good job, keeps us informed, and Mantou feels completely comfortable whenever we pick him up.

Helps that Aperia mall is just next door, and there's plenty of good food area including Chye Seng Huat and other cafes in the zone.

We love coming here and have bought their package twice.

Recently switched to OLO as our regular groomers and we've been happy with their service. Booking appointments have been very easy, they are responsive and accomodating. Prices are reasonable and I feel comfortable leaving my pup in their care!

Totally in love with the cut by OLO Katong, we couldn't stop taking picture of our boy 🤣 due to his sensitive skin + eye issues, we had a hard time finding a good groomer that can be extra careful with our boy but OLO simply nailed it! Our boy had an amazing time and he loved playing with the other dogs (under close supervision) when his session was completed. Highly recommended 👍

Chanced upon this place nearby and decided to bring our new pupper there for her basic grooming. The groomers there were pleasant and very willing to share tips and advice on our dog. They also have an open concept where you can look in on them doing the grooming from outside which we can appreciate. Will definitely try to make OLO our regular groomer!

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my dog to the care of the OLO team for boarding and grooming, and I must say, I am extremely grateful for their exceptional service. From the moment I dropped off my furry friend, it was evident that the OLO team is not only highly professional but also genuinely passionate about the well-being of animals. They went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and welfare of my dog during the boarding period. I was thrilled to see how happy and content my dog was when I picked her up. It is evident that she truly enjoyed her time with the OLO team. I highly recommend their services to all pet owners who want nothing but the best for their beloved companions. Many thanks to the OLO team for their outstanding care!

We've boarded Mimo with OLO several times and are very happy with the service! They send daily photos and videos, allowing us to see how happy he is. The socialization with other dogs has been great for Mimo. Although he was initially scared at night, the 24-hour care and comfort from the caretaker quickly put him at ease. Highly recommend!

Sent my dog for a full grooming experience for the first time at OLO. We were a previous customer of With Pets. Not disappointed at all! New staff is friendly and provided full explanation of different grooming services offered. We will definitely continue going back!

Clean new space with a young enthusiastic groomer who is clearly an animal lover. My dog had a great experience!

I’ve been bringing my two Shibas to Isaac for grooming for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Isaac and his team are so patient and wonderful with my pups, and I trust them completely. Their new space in Pasir Panjang is huge, welcoming, and just as clean as their other locations. It’s also great that the dogs can roam around freely, making it a stress-free experience. The grooming is always top-notch—my pups smell amazing and stay fresh even up to a week later! When I took them for their monthly grooming last Sunday, they were so excited about the new space. One of my pups, who’s usually a bit wary of new places, ran right in and didn’t want to leave when I came to pick them up! I highly recommend OLO to anyone looking for fantastic grooming services!

OLO is open now in Pasir Panjang! I like it. I was a regular customer of With Pet Grooming. My dog Luna hates water, so I was a little worried, but she visited the newly opened Our Little Ones (OLO) for the first time the day before yesterday and got the service. I was very satisfied with everything. First of all, I was satisfied with the reasonable price and the groomers' skills, and I also liked the newly changed dog space design where dogs can roam around in a wide space. Luna is a Pomsky and hates grooming, but she went in without fear! It's really hard to find a grooming shop that we really like. So I decided on this place even though it's not close to my house! They even had a grand opening discount promotion, so I bought a package. Thank you Isaac!

We have been with OLO since our pet was a puppy and recently visited their new outlet here. Our dog loves the clean and spacious environment, other than being cage free, the groomers are gentle and skilled, Nyla always comes back from the groomer looking extra cute and happy. You can also tell that the crew loves the pets and treats them like their own, giving us a peace of mind whenever we send her there.

OLO offer a very premium service for dog grooming. Our Singapore Special is usually very scared but was made to feel at ease and had a great grooming experience. The communication from the team is timely and professional, so we have signed up to their loyalty program.

Good location with car park just around the corner, easy drop off and pick up. Highly recommended! Brought my SS here as his nails are quite long and I have never been able to trim them myself and he would struggle a lot. Groomer has experience with them and managed to help me trim his nails nicely! My SS usually barks very loudly at strangers but was very calm around him so that's a big plus! 🙂
