My bichon Momiko has persistent tear stain …. And I decided to try their spa session on her …. Bought also bom bom raw as recommended … her tear stain reduced n did not come back after like a few days …. encouraged to go on to do a full groom and repeated 2 more spa sessions with Carissa … have to say that I was very happy with the results n friendly services …. 25/06/2026Such a fruitful and hands on experience for the basic grooming course. The trainer (Isaac) is fantastic and broke down everything from ear cleaning to basic coat maintenance into easy to follow steps. Highly recommend this course to any pet owner wanting to understand their pets better.

24/06/2026Brought my boston terrier there for his first grooming, he has skin allergies and an ear infection. The staff took the time to understand his condition before taking him in for a grooming session and a spa, he came out looking clean and happy and they made sure to keep him hydrated as well! Friendly staff lovely environment and overall a great experience!

Frequently Asked Questions About Dog Boarding
Q. Am I allowed to cancel my dog’s boarding stay?
Yes, you can, but please provide us with written notice at least four weeks in advance so we can process your refund and make additional arrangements.
Q. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at noon, while check-out is anytime before 2 p.m. Please note that pets not picked up by 6 p.m. will be considered overnight guests and charged an additional night’s stay. Late check-outs may also incur additional fees.
Q. Does my dog need to be vaccinated before boarding?
Yes, your dog must have received three core vaccinations before its boarding date. It should also have been dewormed and had ticks or fleas removed at least three months before boarding.
