Ear Cleaning
Ears are cleaned using a professional & sensitive solution to avoid infections.
Ear Plucking
The fur in the ears are plucked to avoid them from retaining water which may lead to infections.
Nail Clipping
Since there are live nerves in your pets’ nails, it’s advisable to leave the nail clipping to us. The nails are clipped with care making it a comfortable experience for your pet.
Nail Filing
The tips of the nails are filled to avoid them from becoming ragged or jagged which may potentially cause injury or infection.
Paw Pad Shaving
The fur in between the paws are shaved to reduce the risk of mats building up between them which may cause discomfort for your pets.

Contact us at your earliest convenience and provide us with the relevant details about your cat and their grooming needs, and we will send you the appointment details.
Initial Checkup
Our groomer may perform a quick checkup to examine your cat’s overall appearance and identify potential problems early. For first-time grooming sessions, we will also assess your cat’s temperament to come up with a personalised plan for their well-being.
Brushing
We will start by brushing your cat’s coat to remove mats and evenly distribute their skin’s natural oils. It also removes dead skin cells while promoting new skin growth.
Bath Time
A lukewarm bath can pamper your cat with a gentle yet pleasing cleanse that thoroughly washes their body, removing dirt and dust.
Drying
After the bath, drying is essential to prevent moisture buildup that may lead to bacterial or fungal issues. To ensure your cat’s well-being, we also towel them dry.
Ear Clean-up
Our groomers will carefully remove any unpleasant buildup in your cat’s ears while ensuring your cat is feeling calm.
Shaving

Nail Clipping

Our three establishments are open from Monday to Sunday, starting from 10 am to 7 pm. Feel free to contact us to arrange a suitable time for your cat’s grooming sessions.
Q. How long does a basic or full grooming session take?
A basic grooming session typically takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, while full grooming usually takes around 2 to 3 hours, both of which may vary based on your cat’s size. A session may take longer if your cat’s fur is significantly matted or tangled.
Q. Do I need to inform your cat groomer about my cat’s condition?
We would appreciate any information you can share to help our cat groomer perform a relaxing grooming session for your cat. This can include any illnesses, injuries, wounds, or unpredictable behaviours.
Q. Can I be present while you are grooming my cat?
We welcome pawrents to be close to their feline friends to help reassure them. However, if your cat becomes too distracted, such as fidgeting or trying to reach you, we may kindly ask that you watch the grooming from the sidelines.
