Meet the Founder & Groomer
Isaac — Founder & Pet Groomer at OLO
Isaac started his journey as a professional pet groomer more than 10 years ago, guided by one simple belief: pets deserve the same level of care and attention as people at a professional salon. That belief became the foundation of OLO, which stands for “Our Little Ones”, a pet grooming brand built around safety, comfort and genuine care for every pet.
Recognised by both the Singapore Kennel Club and the Kennel Club of Taiwan for his competitive grooming background, Isaac combines strong technical grooming skills with a hands-on approach to pet care. For him, grooming is not just about appearance. Every part of the experience matters, from understanding a pet’s needs during the initial consultation to ensuring the grooming environment remains calm, safe and comfortable.
Today, Isaac leads a growing team of professional pet groomers across multiple OLO outlets in Singapore, continuing to raise the standard of pet grooming through quality service, consistency and genuine care for animals.

Consultation Before Grooming
OLO understands that pets cannot be put through a conveyor belt system that uses the same handling methods and styles, which is why we consult you before the grooming to better understand your pet’s condition and their preferred handling methods.
Cage-free Grooming
At OLO, we also do not believe in using cages at our salon. This allows pets to be less stressed, especially if they are unable to see you during the grooming. That ensures a happier and less stressful grooming that will leave your pet feeling like a million bucks, and as a result, leave you much happier seeing them happy!
Strict Sanitary Standards
We also believe in upholding strict sanitary standards to ensure your pet is in the best care possible and that you can be guaranteed a clean and sterile environment for them. All of our equipment is UV sterilised to prevent bacteria and germs and cleaned regularly to prevent cross contamination.
No Harsh Chemicals
We believe in not using harsh chemicals that might irritate or harm your pet, hence all our products used in the grooming salon are free from harsh chemicals, this makes for a safer, happier grooming experience your pet is sure to love!
